To update an employee’s leave entitlement, you will first need to navigate to their employee record.
Start by clicking into the ‘Employees’ section from the main menu, from here use the search function for the employee you wish to update and click into their profile.
On the sub-menu, you will see a leave allowance tab.
On this tab, you will be able to set the leave allowance for the current period along with the next leave period. Here you can also toggle whether or not bank holidays are included in this entitlement, determining whether or not they will be deducted from the employee’s entitlement.
